7. Internal Landscapes

When I leave a place I often feel new and like I am able to break away from the thoughts that were trapped in my old landscapes. This book displays images from many important places in my life. Writing that pairs with the images speaks to my reflections and old ideas attached to old locations. I grew up in some of the oldest land masses on Earth. My old selves are as tied to the land and much as my current self. This book captures how deeply knotted all versions of myself are to the lands I have lived and grown in.
