Collective Process Books
Textures of Living is a collaborative process book created by a myself, Madi Cole, Nitara Brooks, Eamon O’Maille, and Juliana Maurer as we planned the last projects of our academic careers. We used this book to develop and journal about our ideas and ideations. We often reviewed each other’s work during this process and found moments where our interests collided. Textures of Living encapsulates the convergences of our life experiences and design practices. Like the surfaces of rocks, no two life paths look or feel the same. These differences create inspiringly messy collaborations and ideation processes.
